First of all, what is the Glide?

Glide is a powerful no-code/low-code platform that enables anyone to build mobile and desktop business applications. I like to describe Glide as a business software development tool because it sits in the sweet spot of creating custom tools specifically for business operations. And because there's no need to write code, it makes app development extremely accessible for digitally adept organizations.

What made you think, “We have to join this program!” when you heard about the Glide Creators Program?

The Glide Creators Program was designed for Glide Experts like myself and Cue North to elevate our social media presence. As builders, we’re often deeply immersed in development and client work, which means we can sometimes overlook the value of “building in public”—a powerful form of word-of-mouth and a proud way to showcase our capabilities. So, I decided to jump on board. The program, led by Sepy Bazzazi, has been instrumental in keeping me accountable and encouraging us to build community by sharing knowledge about Glide and its capabilities.

If you had to describe Glide and the power of no-code in three words, what would they be?

Accessible. Sleek. Transformative.

How does being in the program help us bring even more creative ideas and solutions to our clients?

Being in the program gives us direct access to Glide's latest features and best practices, so we can build even more tailored and impactful solutions. It also connects us with a community of creators from whom we learn and share insights, which keeps us at the cutting edge of no-code trends and allows us to bring fresh, creative ideas to our clients.

What’s one “lightbulb moment” you’ve had with Glide so far, and how could it make life easier for our clients?

It is really faster than I think to test out new ideas and tools. It took me longer to record a video about me trying to use a custom AI component (three attempts to record a two-minute loom) than actually build with it and get wow’ed on the way.

What’s one thing people might not realize about building with no-code tools like Glide?

Many people might not realize that no-code (or low-code) tools like Glide don’t reduce the value of what can be built. Instead, they increase it, as the lifecycle of software development speeds up significantly. Glide also beautifully handles UI design, so developers can focus on function rather than form. The customization it offers is remarkable, allowing complex workflows to be built without any coding. Glide truly empowers me to solve any problem creatively.

Which project are you most excited to share as part of our new Glide content—any sneak peeks for clients?

I’m excited about a tool that enhances the customer experience through a personalized onboarding journey. We’re discussing how it can combine access to multiple products under one roof to increase our client’s overall customer satisfaction.

Will you be sharing AI capabilities?

Yes, absolutely.

We’re incorporating AI capabilities to enhance Glide apps with features like intelligent data analysis, personalized content delivery, and predictive analytics. This will give our clients apps that are not only useful but also insightful, adapting to their needs and offering smarter solutions over time.

If we could dream big, what’s one way you’d like to transform our clients’ workflows with Glide?

I’d love to implement end-to-end automation for our clients’ daily workflows. Imagine an app that not only manages data but also automates client communications, monitors project progress, and provides real-time analytics—all customized to each client’s unique needs. This kind of transformation would save time, reduce errors, and enhance efficiency across the board.
